Fuelling is Fun

We've all been on a long run and felt the affects of poor fuelling. This can be a result of either inadequate nutrition or hydration before, during and after a run....even a combination of all three.


Anyone who has run for more than a handful of hours at a time knows that palette burn out is a real thing. We get borded or our normal fuel sources and can't bring ourselves to get yet another gel into us, or more liquid nutrition...so we just stop taking it in. We've all felt the affects of crashing and how that has a real knock on effect on our recovery and ability to perform in the following days.
